VJ Vilt offers butchering of your harvested game as well as processing if desired.

We are located in Nissaryd, about 5 km north of Hyltebruk.

The butchered meat is vacuum-packed and labeled.

We contract manufacture grill sausage, beer sausage, salami, Swedish sausage, frankfurter sausage and hamburgers.

It is also excellent to submit your meat for smoking or grilling.

We offer fine cuts and processed game meat from locally harvested animals in our farm shop and many other delicacies from local producers.‍
