Basics of butchering and harvesting

We offer basic courses in harvesting for groups of 2-6 people in a modern butchery.

We provide a deer, roe deer, or wild boar that the participants get to anatomically detail and butcher according to all the rules of art.

This is a basic butchering course where the target group is hunters who have not yet gained the routine required to be able to harvest and detail game themselves, but also an appreciated course for the food-interested non-hunter!

As soon as the game is shot, it turns into food and must be treated accordingly.

The course length is approximately 3-5 hours depending on previous experience, and you get a meat box of the game you butchered.
