What personal data do we process about you?

When you register with us, we process your name, email address, social security number and address. We will also process your username and password.

We also process your ID and hunter diploma to ensure that you have a valid hunter qualification.

We process your social security number to ensure each hunter's identity linked to their hunter degree.

How long do we store your personal data?

As a starting point, we save your personal data during the period that you are a member of the Hunting Club. The Hunting Club will carry out an annual assessment if the purpose of processing the personal data remains. If the purposes of processing the personal data do not persist, the data will be deleted. You have the right to leave the Hunting Club at any time and we will delete your personal data.

What rights do you have?

You as a registered member of the Hunting Club have several rights that you should be aware of.
