Hunting in Sweden is exceptionally good. There are more huntable species, in many places growing cloven-hoofed breeds and we have a deep-rooted tradition in the wild dog hunt that unites the hunting corps. The National Association of Hunters has a big part in this when we train the hunting corps, inform decision makers about how the hunt is conducted and take the debate towards those who do not want hunting. And it's a work that needs to continue.

Because even though the hunt works well, we must not take it for granted - and that is where the National Association of Hunters comes in. We work all year round so that you can continue hunting in the future and to simplify hunting for Sweden's hunters. As a member, you contribute!

Among other things, JRF works to:

• Expand the weapon arsenal to 10 weapons
• reduce the wolf population to the Riksdag decision of 170 wolves, towards no free-living wolves, and introduce general hunting of large predators
Lead in ammunition should also be allowed in the future

The fact that in your membership you get insurance from Svedea that covers liability, accidents such as predator attacks on your dog and 10 digital editions of Sweden's best hunting magazine Jakt & Jägare hardly makes matters worse, right?
